Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to join their client's dynamic team. The HR Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the company's HR strategies align with business objectives. This position is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience managing large teams across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of HR professionals.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Maintain and manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, including employment laws and regulations.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely and quality hires.
• Provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as an HR Director or other senior HR position.
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field.
